Beginner Tai Chi Balance problems? Give Tai Chi a try. We now have a lady who is leading the Tai Chi, her name is Judy Fu and she is a great teacher. I hear nothing but compliments regarding her class. They meet at 1:00 on Monday’s and it is a well attended class. On Monday, February 5th at 12:30 they are offering a class that is designed to strengthen one’s legs and improve one’s balance. Jean is in the process of learning the routine and will then offer a class on Wednesday.
Intermediate Tai Chi When you see how much you benefit from Beginners Tai Chi, you won’t be able to stop, but will be ready and will want to move on to the next level.
Line Dancing There are three levels on line dancing. Again this is a well attended class and the people who attend love it. It is fun and excellent exercise. So consider these classes, show up, and give them a try.
Also, on March 12th, there will be a makeup day to join OGA and have your picture taken if it didn’t happen for you last week. There will be someone there that morning, so mark your calendar and plan to take care of this so we can then proceed with the pictorial directory.
