Mark your calendar and plan to show up for the music event on September 20th. Will Clark will be giving a musical concert in the Ram’s Room at 1:00-2:30.
I want to encourage you to come and support this event, as a number of our Senior’s who are in rest homes are in attendance. It is a social outing for them. They do enjoy the music, and I’ve noticed that many of them sing along. This is a chance to make a difference in their lives and to enjoy the music along with them.
The 3rd Thursday of each month the Ram’s room is reserved for an OGA Event from 1:00-2:30. If you have an idea for something you’d like us to do, please let me know and we will do our best to work it out. I want to mention also that next month, the 3rd Thursday of October, Joyce Johnson will be presenting a gospel musical concert.
The OGA office is coming along well, and we hope to hold an open house soon. So watch for the announcement of the date. Also, at that time members can pick up their new pictorial directory, as it is almost finished.
